1. Easy Returns

We understand how disappointing it can be when a purchase doesn’t work out. That’s why we strive to make the returns process fast and simple.
• Items may be returned for a refund or replacement.
• Please request your return within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in salable condition and include the original packaging.
• Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
• A flat-rate return shipping label is available for purchase here: Return Shipping Label, or you can start your return request directly through our website in your account.
 Please ensure your order is eligible for return before purchasing a return shipping label.

2. Worry-Free Protection

• If an item is flawed or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Every order is automatically insured by the carrier for the full value of your purchase.
• We will guide you on how to proceed with a claim directly through the carrier if needed.

The following items do not qualify for return or exchange:
• Items returned after 30 days from the date of purchase
• Items that have been alteredmishandled, or damaged
• Items with custom work or custom paint done at the time of sale
• Items that have been opened or tampered with outside of MAX Faucets® authorized service
• Items that have been installed or show any signs of installation (e.g., markings, scratches, plumber's putty, etc.)
• Items returned without the original packaging or original box

4. Sending Your Package  

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these instructions carefully:

• Pack the item in its original box, then place that box inside a larger shipping box or bag
• Do not return items without the original packaging
• Remove or cover any old shipping labels or barcodes
• Seal the package securely to avoid damage during transit
• The cost of the return shipping label is non-refundable
• Print and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package

5. Your Refund 

• Please allow 4–6 business days for your return to arrive at our fulfillment center
• Once received, your return will be inspected and processed within 48 hours
• You will receive an email confirmation once your return is approved and processed
• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–6 business days, depending on your financial institution
• A 15% restocking fee may apply to all return orders

6. Damaged In Transit

• If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier directly to file a damage claim — every shipment is insured by the carrier for the full value of your purchase.
• You must initiate the claim process yourself. However, we’re happy to assist by providing any necessary information or documentation.

7. How To Return An Item:  

To start a return for your order, please email us at info@maxfaucets.ca with the following information:
• Confirmation that your order is eligible for return
• Your order number
• The date of purchase
• Your billing address, including postal code
• Your full name and contact phone number
